A group of high-school students in Shanghai recently completed a project about food safety in Shanghai and they called it the Shanghai's Dilemma. The project was concerned with
food safety in Shanghai - specifically fruits and vegetables. The students addressed the dilemma we, as expats living in Shanghai, face every day:

- Where should we buy our produce?
- Should we buy at the local wet market or pay a premium and buy it at an international supermarket?
- All the locals buy at the local wet market while the foreign community is more comfortable buying
produce at the international supermarket. Which produce is safer to consume?

The results are surprising and can be viewed here: radians.weebly.com <radians.weebly.com/>

The project website documents the scope of the project, the findings and how the research was conducted.

The team working on this project are hoping other Shanghai residents visit the site, view the results and share their thoughts.
