Sauna, jacuzzi & steam room use in early pregnancy
Question:
Hi I just found out I am pregnant and my husband is so happy he wants to treat me to a 5-star hotel for our wedding anniversary next week. The question is can I go in the Jacuzzi, sauna or steam room? I read somewhere that it might not be safe and thought I'd best check. Thanks

Congratulations to you and your husband! Have you had your first pre-natal check-up already? Depending on your progesterone levels and age, if the doctor confirms all is ok, you should be able to enjoy your time in the hotel including sauna, jacuzzi etc. Good luck with your pregnancy and enjoy being pampered
