Expert Field: Motor Development, Orthopaedic Concerns + Injuries
Lis is from the UK. She trained as a Physiotherapist at Nottingham University and continued to work there after graduation. After completing her basic rotations, Lis specialised in paediatrics and gained experience working in hospital, clinic and school environments. This included working with children with sporting injuries and other orthopaedic problems, respiratory problems, children with developmental delays, and Developmental Coordination Disorder. Lis' 11 years of experience includes treating babies only 16 hours old to teenagers 16 years old. After moving to China, Lis took time out to learn Chinese and further her paediatric skills by having two of her own children. She is currently working at Olivia's Place as both Clinical Director and lead Physical Therapist.
Lis can answer all your questions about your child's motor development, orthopaedic concerns (such as toe walking or flat feet) and childhood (musculoskeletal) injuries.
