Lua Wilkinson, MA, RD. is a pediatric nutritionist and registered dietitian living and researching in Shanghai, China on a Fulbright graduate fellowship. Lua has over six years experience working as a pediatric nutritionist, in both hospitals and community health/outreach programs. Her current research focuses on malnutrition and the role of social inequities, infant feeding among migrant women, and micronutrient fortification and supplementation programs. Lua is originally from Denver, Colorado. For the 2010-2011 academic year, she is being hosted by the Shanghai Jiaotong University as a Senior Scholar in the School of Medicine.
